We have had very good few weeks here at Meadowcare. The weather allowed us all to be outdoors. We set up tables outside with music, flower arranging, hat making, sensory baskets and we loved it all as the sun shone down.

We want a bit more of these outdoor activities, – so roll on Summertime!

We are slowly getting ready and prepared for our Easter themed fortnight, kicking off with Hot Cross Buns, Easter Bunnies and creating on Bonnet Parade and colourful displays.

We are delighted to welcome back our old friends ‘Geoff and Pete’, the chevy guitar guys who bring laughter, song, and humour to all of us. Over the last weeks it’s been a privilege to get to know our new people staying here with us. Welcome to Christina from Ballyfermot in Dublin and Norman from Bristol!

We would also like to announce that our residents who signed up for the COVID booster had received their jabs given by our hardworking and supportive GP, Dr. Lee Salkeld.
