Hello to all, families and friends!

Well, we kicked off the month with a St. David’s Day themed party, from a rendition of ‘Sosban Fach’ from Anne coupled with Leek soup and hot Welsh cakes. We were very traditional, but we had a ‘hoot’.

Often, we have many suggestions put to us from those lovely people who live here. “We want to make”, “We want to bake”, so we always run with it. We had an afternoon of Tiramisu and Trifle. The theme being “Don’t tell grandma how to suck eggs”. All involved did it in their own way. We had assistance from Elizabeth’s friend who scoffed a huge bowl – fantastico!
